A Holy Encounter

A holy encounter comes to stay,

Your presence fills every place in me.

This is what I have come to pray,

I know your love will never let me be!

Lord let your glory guide the way.

I thank you that I can fly and be free!

In your name, I find righteousness in my roots,

I can stand like I am ten feet tall!

I float upon the waters, my faith continues to shoot!

I go out leaping like calves from the stall.*

So real is your peace it leaves me in no dispute,

May your goodness to continue to fall!

A holy encounter starts with a revival of heart.

A revival of heart comes from the Son of Man.

He took on flesh, and gave his heart for those were lost.

So that they may be right before God and keep his covenant.
