Pain Turns Into Praise:

Despair no more, declare forevermore:

Jesus is King; he has overcome!

He prepares the banquet,

We will join to gather there.

Taste and see that He is good,

Trust and know that He is God!

Thus says the Lord:

‘I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit,

To revive the spirit of the lowly,

And to revive the heart of the contrite’.*

Don’t you know that he is the everlasting God?

The creator of the ends of the earth.

He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable.

He gives power to the faint and to him who has no might he increases strength.*

So let earthly pain turn into endless praise!

May songs of worship set our hearts ablaze!

All the glory belongs to our God forever and ever. Amen
